LMJ Plastering — a website that quotes colours and catches leads
The symptom
LMJ Plastering does excellent work — the kind that gets recommended over garden fences. But online, there was nothing working for them: no way for a homeowner searching at 9pm to see the quality, understand the services or start a conversation.
The diagnosis
Trades websites fail for a predictable reason: they present a wall of text and a phone number, and expect a busy homeowner to do the work. The prescription here was a site built around the two questions every rendering customer has — “will it look good on my house?” and “how do I get a price without a fuss?”
What we built
A fast, mobile-first website with the portfolio front and centre — plus two pieces of conversion engineering:
- A colour picker simulator: visitors preview render colours on a house, turning idle browsing into engaged planning. It’s the kind of tool visitors remember — and it keeps them on the site instead of a competitor’s.
- A lead form engineered to be finished: short steps, plain questions, mobile-friendly — designed around how people actually fill in forms on a phone in an evening.
The result
The site is live and generating enquiries through the form and colour tool. Visit it, try the colour picker, and see how quickly you could request a quote — that experience is the result.
Tegs Coaching — lead systems for a fitness coach
The symptom
In coaching, trust is the product — and most coaching websites ask for commitment before they’ve earned any. Visitors browse, think “maybe later”, and disappear.
The diagnosis
The business needed a reason for interested visitors to raise a hand before they were ready to buy — and a system to capture and work those hands once raised.
What we built
- A nutrition calculator lead magnet: genuinely useful, instantly rewarding, and a natural fit for the audience. Visitors get their numbers; the business gets a warm, relevant lead.
- Conversion-focused lead forms throughout the site, engineered to be quick to finish on a phone.
- A dedicated campaign page for promotions — a focused landing spot for ads and social pushes, free of distractions.
The result
A coaching site that works as a system: attract, engage with the calculator, capture, follow up. The calculator is live — go and get your numbers.
Wags Cabs — an instant quote calculator on an existing website
The symptom
Airport transfer customers compare. They open three websites, and the one that shows a price first usually wins. Wags Cabs already had a perfectly good website — but pricing meant enquiring and waiting.
The diagnosis
No rebuild needed. The prescription was surgical: add one tool — an instant quote calculator — to the existing site, and remove the single biggest reason customers were drifting to competitors.
What we built
An automatic quote calculator that turns a journey into a price in seconds, built around the company’s real pricing rules and slotted cleanly into the site they already had.
The result
Customers now get an instant answer to their most important question, around the clock — and the business fields quote requests that are already halfway to booked. This project is also proof of something we tell clients often: sometimes the right fix is a tool, not a rebuild.
Voluntary Discomfort — e-commerce with a funnel behind it
The symptom
Selling online is more than listing products. Voluntary Discomfort needed a store that could handle standard sales and custom patch orders — a flow no off-the-shelf template handles well.
The diagnosis
A commerce build with two lanes: a clean Shopify-integrated store for standard products, and a custom ordering journey for bespoke patches that gathers the details a custom job actually needs.
What we built
- The store, integrated with Shopify for products, checkout and order management.
- A custom patch ordering form — structured to collect design requirements without back-and-forth emails.
- A pop-up funnel to capture visitors who weren’t ready to buy on the first visit.
The result
One site, two revenue lanes — retail and custom — with lead capture working on the visitors who would otherwise have left silently.
The Plastering Empire — a premium link hub
Not every project is a full website. The Plastering Empire needed a premium alternative to the generic link-in-bio services — on-brand, fast, and pointing followers exactly where the business wants them. So we built one.
Small asset, real job: turning social attention into directed traffic.
