Strictly necessary

Consent choice — we store your cookie decision in your browser’s local storage (ywd_consent) for 6 months so we don’t ask on every visit. Diagnosis progress — if you start the Digital Diagnosis, your answers are saved in local storage (ywd_quiz_v1) on your device only, so a refresh doesn’t lose your progress; it is removed when you submit.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics in our banner, two services set cookies or identifiers:

• Google Analytics 4 — visitor and traffic statistics (cookies beginning _ga).
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps (cookies beginning _clck/_clsk).

Decline, and neither loads — the site works identically either way. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will ask again.
