Course creation · sell what you know

You already teach this.
Build it once, sell it while you sleep.

Your knowledge is the part of your business that doesn’t scale: one of you, one diary, one hour at a time. A course platform takes what you already teach and turns it into something that enrols, delivers and takes payment without you being in the room.

What a course platform actually is

Not a PDF in a Dropbox folder. Not a Zoom link and a spreadsheet of who has paid. A course platform is the whole delivery system: someone finds you, buys, gets instant access, works through the lessons in the order you intended, and you can see exactly where every student has got to.

Done properly it does three jobs at once. It sells without you on a call. It delivers the same quality to student ten as to student one. And it keeps people moving, because the fastest way to lose a student is to leave them wondering what to do next.

What that removes from your week

  • Chasing payments and manually granting access.
  • Re-teaching the same foundations to every new client.
  • Emailing files, links and passwords one student at a time.
  • Guessing who is engaged and who quietly stopped.

What we build

Everything between “I’d like to buy” and “I’ve finished”.

Not every build needs all of it. We scope what your course actually requires, then build that properly.

Curriculum & lesson builder

Modules, lessons, video, downloads and notes, in the order you teach them. You add and reorder content yourself, without ringing us.

Payments & access control

Stripe checkout, one-off or subscription, with access granted the second the payment clears and revoked automatically if it lapses.

Member area & progress tracking

Every student gets their own dashboard: what they’ve completed, what’s next, where they left off. You get the same view across everyone.

Quizzes & assessments

Check understanding, gate the next module until they’re ready, and give students the small wins that keep them going.

Drip content & cohorts

Release week by week, or run intakes as groups with start dates. Pacing is often the difference between finished and abandoned.

Certificates & admin

Automatic certificates on completion, plus an admin side that shows enrolments, revenue and drop-off without exporting anything.

Own it or rent it

Your own platform vs Teachable, Kajabi and Thinkific.

The rental platforms are good software. The question isn’t whether they work, it’s what they cost you once the course is actually selling.

Renting a platform

  • A monthly fee for as long as the course exists, whether it sells that month or not
  • A cut of your sales on most plans, forever, on revenue you generated
  • Their branding, their layout, their limits on what a page can say
  • Your course pages sit on their domain, building their search authority
  • Your student list lives on their server, under their terms
  • Pricing, features and rules can change without asking you

Owning your platform

  • Built once, paid for once. Hosting is the only running cost
  • No revenue share. What the student pays, minus card fees, is yours
  • Your brand end to end, so the course feels like the rest of your business
  • On your own domain, so the traffic and the SEO belong to you
  • Your student data, your list, your exports, whenever you want them
  • It changes when you decide it changes

Honest version: if you want to test whether anyone will buy the idea at all this month, go and rent one. It’s the cheapest way to find out. Come to us when the answer is yes and the monthly fees have started to look like a business expense you can’t explain.

Proof

A course platform we built and handed over.

A beauty training business that needed to present, sell and deliver courses on its own terms.

The problem

Training was being sold the manual way: enquiries, messages, payments chased by hand, and course material sent out one student at a time. Every new booking cost admin, and the business couldn’t grow past the hours available to run it.

What we built

A custom course platform shaped around how students actually enrol: course pages that sell, checkout and access in one step, structured lessons, and a member area that shows each student exactly where they are.

What it means day to day

Enrolments arrive complete instead of as a to-do list. The platform is theirs, on their domain, with no monthly platform fee taking a slice of every sale.

How a build runs

From what you teach to students paying for it.

The order matters. Most failed courses were built as content first and structure never.

  1. Shape the curriculum

What they can do at the end that they couldn’t at the start, then the modules that get them there. This is the session that decides whether the course works.

  2. Design the student journey

How someone finds the course, what convinces them, what happens the moment they pay, and what keeps them coming back to lesson four.

  3. Build the platform

Course structure, payments, logins, member area, progress and admin: built on your own site, in your brand, on your domain.

  4. Load the first course

We put your first course in with you, so you learn the system on real content and can add every course after it yourself.

  5. Test enrolment end to end

We buy your own course together: real card, real access, real emails, real certificate. Nothing launches on the assumption it works.

  6. Launch, then improve

Once real students are moving through it, the data shows where they stall. That’s where the next improvement goes, not wherever we guessed.

Build tiers

Three starting points. All one-off builds.

You own what we build, at every tier. Scope is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Straight answers

What people ask before they commit.

Who owns the platform and the student list?

You do, all of it: the code, the content, the domain, the student data and the payment account. It sits on your hosting in your name. If we ever part ways, nothing of yours leaves with us.

Can I add lessons myself?

Yes, and you should. Everything ships with an editor you can actually use, and we build your first course alongside you so the system is familiar before you’re on your own with it.

How do payments work?

Stripe, straight into your account, one-off or subscription. Money never passes through us, and there’s no platform cut: card fees are the only deduction.

Can you move me off Teachable or Kajabi?

Yes. We migrate courses, lessons and students across, keep the old platform live until the new one is proven, then switch. Nobody loses access mid-course.

What happens as student numbers grow?

The platform is built to carry them, and hosting scales with demand. There’s no per-student pricing to punish you for succeeding.

I don’t have the content yet.

Most people don’t, and it’s the normal starting point. We shape the curriculum with you first, so you record and write against a structure instead of into a void.
