Enquiry and diagnosis forms

When you complete our contact form or Digital Diagnosis, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, your website address and your answers about your business needs. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare recommendations and, where you have enquired about our services, send a short series of follow-up emails about that enquiry. Follow-ups stop as soon as you reply, book a call, or ask us to stop. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (traffic and conversion statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session recordings, heatmaps and scroll data) to understand how visitors use this site and to improve it. These tools only run if you accept analytics in our cookie banner. Legal basis: consent.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
  • We do not run advertising cookies on this site.
  • We do not add you to a general marketing list without asking you separately.

How long we keep information

Enquiry and lead records are kept while we are in an active conversation with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per the default retention settings of GA4 and Clarity.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent for analytics at any time (clear your browser storage for this site or decline in the banner). To exercise any right, email us and we will act promptly.
